Welcome to another episode of the Rachel Hollis podcast! Today we're talking about leadership. This subject has been discussed from probably every angle under the sun forever and ever. AMEN. It's been discussed by some of the world's greatest minds and thinkers and teachers and pastors and leaders. It's also been discussed by me. I've written about leadership and talked about it quite a bit on podcast, on stage, through coaching...you name it. When you hear 'leadership' you might immediately think business, and yes, I've been an entrepreneur for almost 20 years and I've led teams of 1 to teams of 60 and I hope I know a thing or two about what it means to lead in the workspace, but I also think that leadership can mean leading your family. It can mean leading your friend group, your community, the people at school, the people at church. Each and every one of us has influence in our own way and whether you're introverted or extroverted, whether you have a team below you at work or you're a mighty one man army, whatever it looks like for you in your life, I believe that we all lead, even if the only person that you're leading right now is you. So I thought it would be interesting to explore this topic through the lens of how I see it today, because I think that COVID changed the way that I lead myself, my children, and my team. I hope this resonates with you, and if it does, hit me up on social, share the podcast with a friend and subscribe to share the love. --- Do you get my weekly Sunday email?
